Of Love and Life

Jack McCaul has spent years chasing waves and wild places with his camera, building a body of surf and nature photography that feels both raw and alive. Jack is a close friend, and I’ve watched his photography evolve shoot after shoot, year after year. When we decided to create something together, we knew it had to be tangible—something people could hold and bring into their homes. The zine became that first step: a small, 48-page, 5x7 collection of his vibrant film photography. Modest in size, but intentional by design, it was meant as a tester for something bigger to come. Proceeds supported Help Maui Rise, helping families displaced by the fires on Maui, giving this little project a larger purpose.
